Here's how to downgrade to 1.1.1 and use your iPhone as an iPod Touch. Since you upgraded accidentally, you cannot use it as a phone anymore since the bootloader updated.

1. Download iPhuc and iBrickr
2. Download the iPhone 1.1.1 firmware file
3. Rename the downloaded file to iPhone1,1_1.1.2_3B48b_Restore.zip
4. Extract it and locate the WTF file under firmware > DFU
5. Launch iPhuc
6. Type enterrecovery and quit iPhuc.
7. Relaunch iPhuc, enter filecopytophone followed by the path to the WTF file you extracted in step 4 and type cmd go and press return
8. Launch iTunes, hold SHIFT and select the 1.1.1 IPSW file (Your iPhone screen will go white)
9. You will get an iPhone error (1015). Launch iBrickr to kick it out of recovery mode, or type cmd fsboot from iPhuc
10. Then use the simple jailbreakme.com method to jailbreak it :)
