Follow this tutorial to update from 1.0.2 to 1.1.1 safely :) 

This tutorial is for Baseband Version 03.14.08_G only

[1] Log into WinSCP and connect to your iPhone (Login: root Password: dottie)

[2] Navigate to /usr/bin/

[3] Drag 'virginizer_pack' into that folder

[4] Set 0755 permisions to: bbupdater, iUnlock and norz

[5] Launch putty and log in

[6] Type these commands:

cd /usr/bin/virginizer_pack

chmod +x virginator.sh

./virginator.sh

[7] Type '2' (Backup my seczone and re-virginize)

[8] Type 'no' (Do not backup seczone)

[9] Type 'yes' (Re-virginize seczone) 

[10] Type 'yes' (Reflash the firmware) 

[11] The final three lines should be:

virginator.sh: Starting CommCenter...
virginator.sh: Done.
virginator.sh: Exiting now...

[12] Reboot your iPhone
