1. Run "(CLICK HERE) activate.bat" 2. It will be copying files to your iPhone. You will need to do a hard reboot. Do this by holding down the top right button, sliding the slider and leaving it off for 15 seconds. Press the power button again and turn it back on. 3. It should be no longer locked on emergency mode! You will see all the buttons - from here on, it will be referred as the 'springboard'
