Whoops! I clicked 'Update' on iTunes! |

Did you really click update on iTunes when it promised you a brand new shiny update?
Oh no.
Your iPhone is now blocked due to the change in firmware and bootloader. The latest release by Apple, firmware 1.1.3 (04.03) updates your iPhone and makes it much harder to unlock. If you accidentally updated, there is not much you can do now unfortunately. The term used by the iPhone community is that your iPhone is 'bricked'. At the current time, there is a slim chance that your iPhone will ever make a call again or receive SMS as the hacking community has slowed down until the release of the SDK (Software Development Kit) in February. The only option you do have is to downgrade your iPhone as an iPod Touch and use it as one.
We're receiving dozens and dozens of e-mails every hour about iPhones accidentally updated to 1.1.3 - please don't send any more - there is nothing that anyone out there can help you with making it a functional iPhone... for now anyway.
