Due to many requests via e-mail, iPhoneUnlockAustralia is happy to introduce a new service to iPhone customers with their Out of the Box (OTB) 1.1.2 iPhone. At the moment, 1.1.2 iPhones cannot be unlocked to be used as iPhones anywhere around the world (unless you modify the SIM card physically). They can however, be downgraded to 1.1.1 and be used as an iPod Touch.
If you are not sure if you have the version 4.6 iPhone bootloader then check the serial number of the iPhone. If the 4th and 5th digits are 45 or higher then you have the new bootloader and unfortunately cannot unlock and be used as a phone - it can only be downgraded to 1.1.1.
Note, you must make sure you state the firmware for your iPhone. Check STEP 1 of the unlocking pages to do a firmware check. It should be 04.02.04_G
The fee is $199.00 AUD and includes free regular postage cost back to you - other postage options are available. Want more than one iPhone downgraded to 1.1.1? We can offer bulk discount rates - please contact us for more information. |
