Creating a backup of your iPhone

  1. Plug your iPhone via USB to your computer. Open up iTunes.
  2. Click on your iPhone link on the left menu.
  3. On the bottom right, click 'Sync'
  4. After it syncs, you can check it created a backup by going to Edit > Preferences > Syncing
